ANGELO RULES is an animated comedy featuring Angelo, an 11-year kid who gives the audience the low down on how to get and do what they want. Angelo and friends concoct an elaborate defense against Manetti's spitballs, which isn't easy because they must do it all behind Mr. Foot's back during class.
