海边的学校原名：Skolen ved havet，又名The School by the Sea

Thorvin and Tilde go to first grade at Strengelvåg school in Nordland, but now the school will be closed. Tilde gets a stomach ache when she thinks of the closure, while Thorvin wonders what will happen to the toy kitchen? The school by the sea depicts the centralization debate seen through the eyes of children.
